Sometimes health issues just cause you to have to be left out, or feel left out. Currently, my family is going on a hike in a high altitude area, and I can’t go due to my Multiple Sclerosis. I would never hold them back, but part of me longs to just scream, “IT’S NOT FAIR!!,” not to anyone in particular, just to scream it. I hate that my diseases/conditions cause me to be left out of so many fun activities. I long for the days that I could do anything I wanted to do, but back then, I didn’t do them, because I was busy, working, didn’t want to, was scared, etc. I wish I had known then what I know now.
My point is, don’t hold back, push ahead, and enjoy everyday to the fullest. The below YouTube video I felt pushed me in the right direction. Although, I have a medical condition, I still hold myself back in a lot of ways.
Another YouTube video I found very helpful was:
I hope these videos help you in similar ways that they have helped me. Any ways that you have pushed yourself forward in life? What are some ways that you have reached for your dreams?
That’s it for now

I can relate. i would turn things down all the time.Mostly because of fear of the unknown.
Am i too big?, will i slow everyone down?, will i be able to finish? will i be afraid? etc..
Lots of reasons not to even try.
its a mind game full of selfdepricating thoughts.
For me its a daily battle im working on to overcome.

Diane – you & I will work on this together!! You are an amazing woman & should not be having any self deprecating thoughts!! For each one you have, you should tell yourself three positive comments. You & I will work on boosting each other up & try to not hold back from opportunities that arise. Love you very much!!
